Born in 1957, Mrinalini Patwardhan Mehra has a Master’s degree in Specialised Interpretation and Translation from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

Her first novel “By Which We See All Colours” was published by Full Circle in 2007. It was also presented at the Paris Book Fair of the same year.

“Back to Being Eligible” is her new novel, published in June 2014 by Partridge Publishing.

She also recently brought out “Somebody To Love-A Short Collection of Poems”.

Great grand daughter of Bharat Ratna Dr. P. V. Kane best known for his research work, “History of the Dharma Shastras”, Mrinalini has been a Professor of French, and has at one time taught at the Alliance Francaise de Delhi.

Mrinalini lives in Delhi. She likes writing, spiritual seeking, the civic life; and also, long walks, authentic conversations and playing the piano. She is married, has a son, a daughter and a grand daughter.
